How do I make a custom order from Laek House?
No, not really. Sorry about that!

Ordering Information
Ordering from Laek House is safe and easy! Simply place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking the "add to cart" button. At any time, you may view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the "cart" icon at the bottom of the page. Once you are on the shopping cart page, you may adjust item quantities by changing the number to the right of items and then clicking the "update quantity" button. Note that YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Follow the prompts to enter your credit card.

Orders ship within 1-2 weeks of placing your order, unless otherwise stated. If an item is backordered, it will ship on the date of the backorder. All items will ship together unless otherwise requested.

Laek House accepts at least the following; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

What is Laek House's return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, it can be returned to Laek House and a refund will be issued to your credit card or paypal account.

Return instructions:
Items MUST be returned to Laek House within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and re-saleable condition (no lipstick or deodorant stains please!) To return item, ship prepaid and insured in a securely wrapped package to the address provided on your invoice. Returns which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Upon receipt of your return, your credit card will be credited and you will receive an email confirmation.

How can I exchange an item?
We will gladly exchange items (for the same style of item only.) Please note that exchanges are subject to an additional $4.00 shipping and handling fee.
